Select from a variety of races:

Sprint (100m, 200m, 400m): Emphasize rapid acceleration.
Middle distance (800m): Strive to balance endurance with pace.
Hurricane running (110m and 400m hurdles): Evaluate your reflexes as you leap over hurdles.
